PW3Slip the third stitch on the left needle over the first two stitches, p1, yo, k1.

slSlip 1 stitch purlwise with yarn at back. 
ssk Slip the next two stitches one at a time, knitwise. Return the stitches to the left needle and knit them together through the back loop. 
twisted k2tog Slip 2 sts purlwise one at a time, slip the first stitch on the right needle back to the left needle by inserting the left needle from right to left through the front leg of the stitch, twisting it. Then slip the second stitch back to the left needle and k2tog. 
twisted k3tog Slip 3 sts purlwise one at a time, slip the first stitch on the right needle back to the left needle by inserting the left needle from right to left through the front leg of the stitch, twisting it. Then slip the next 2 stitches back to the left needle and k3tog. 
twisted sskSlip 1 purlwise, k1, pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. 
twisted ssskSlip 1 purlwise, k2tog, pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch. 
W3Slip the third stitch on the left needle over the first two stitches, k1, yo, k1.
