Do you ship internationally?

We primarily ship within South Africa. If you are outside South Africa, please contact us for a shipping quote.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

  • Major Centres: Delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
  • Regional Areas: Delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

How do I download my knitting pattern?

After completing your payment, you’ll receive an instant download link directly on the site. We’ll also send you a confirmation email with the link for easy access. Plus, you can log into your account anytime and find your downloads under the “Downloads” section.

What file format are the patterns in?
All knitting patterns are in PDF format, which can be viewed on most devices or printed.
Can I re-download a purchased pattern?
Yes, you can re-download your pattern anytime by logging into your account.
Can international customers buy digital downloads?
Absolutely! Digital downloads are available to customers worldwide.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange items?

We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the damage. Once we review and verify the issue, we will arrange for a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Digital downloads are non-refundable.
