Digital products are available for download upon successful payment. Physical products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

3. Order Process and Payment
All prices are in ZAR and include all applicable taxes.
Payment can be made via Yoco. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the total amount.
Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel any order. If an order is cancelled, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery (For Physical Products)
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping provider.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date to arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. Returns and Refunds
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and refunds will not be provided. However, if there is an issue with your download, please reach out to us for assistance.
Physical Products: We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the damage. Once we review and verify the issue, we will arrange for a refund or replacement as appropriate.
